I was getting ready for a night out the other day with a friend (who happens to be a serious bareMinerals buff). I couldn’t help but think that I was testing out what would be the perfect stocking stuff for her. While basically everything she applied was bareMinerals, I knew that there were a couple complexion products that I loved and she needs (well, maybe not needs but I know would love!).

It has been high in my rotation lately thanks to my finally embracing the dark lip.
I’ve been curious about Perricone MD’s No Foundation Foundation for quite a while. I’m not sure if it was the quirky name or the idea that makeup could look that natural. Now that it has landed on my desk, I wish I had checked it out a lot sooner! Frankly, it turned out to be something totally different than I expected.

While I am normally not a glitter girl, there are some pretty fun and festive “top coats” for your regular winter mani. I particularly love the more opaque, yet shimmery shades in the collection.
