I’ve been focusing more and more on nutrition and how it can affect the way our skin looks. When exploring Simple Skincare’s new You Tube channel, I was thrilled to find several videos featuring some great tips on incorporating veggies and fruits into your diet. They are loaded with antioxidants and can fight free radicals. Not to mention… vitamins help skin look more radiant and clear.

Great video! I’ll definitely check Simple Skincare channel. I also make many fruit and vegetable juices. I like to mix mango slices with orange and carrot. It’s a great juice. But I prefer to make juices and not milkshakes. I’ve read that diary products are not so good for our skin. What do you think?
I think dairy can cause inflammation in some people. So that could certainly be true. I love using Almond Milk in my smoothies!
